Trade Stands at the Games
We are now taking Trade Stand bookings for our 2026 Games to be held on 01 July 2026. If you wish to apply for a place, please download and complete the form by clicking the link above. The completed form should be return it to kenmoresports@gmail.com or info@kenmorehighlandgames.com, details of postal address is shown on the form. Please note the following terms and conditions:
- Acceptance of applications shall be advised by the Event Treasurer as soon as possible. Stand rents then become
payable, with deadline 7 days prior to the event. Late payment may result in cancellation of acceptance. - A copy of trading Insurance and relevant Food/Hygiene/Licence documents must be provided along with this form,
with deadline 7 days prior to the event. Failure to provide appropriate documentation shall result in cancellation. - No refunds shall be payable unless the Games are cancelled by the Event Committee.
- No access to the field is permitted without consent from the Trade Stand Convenor.
- Trade Stand locations on the field shall be allocated by the Trade Stand Convenor; this is not negotiable.
- Trade Stands shall generally not be permitted entry before Noon on the day of the Games. Stands must be in place
by 4PM on day of Games. No entry shall be permitted after that time. - Any breach of the above conditions, or any conduct deemed unacceptable by the Event Committee, shall result in
closure of a Stand. - All decisions of Event Committee are final

Last year SCAA raised £268 at the Games. All contributions help provide vital support so please be generous this year and let’s try to beat the sum raised last year! Thank you.
A tombola will also be held during the evening with proceeds going to The Kenmore Reading Rooms. You will pass Kenmore Reading Rooms on your way in to the site. It is listed building of historical importance and is used by the local community as a meeting place.
